How do you ensure the room works without a daily technician?

We program a simplified control interface tailored to non-technical users: clear buttons (Start, Stop, Share), pre-programmed scenarios. All the complexity is hidden behind an interface designed so anyone can use it without training.

Are the systems compatible with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet?

Yes. We select equipment certified for the main video conferencing platforms. Certification guarantees native compatibility: start, end call, content sharing, and volume control are all from the same interface.

Is it possible to integrate an AV system into an existing meeting room?

Yes. We regularly perform upgrades of existing rooms. An infrastructure audit (cabling, electrical, acoustics) determines what can be kept and what needs to be replaced to achieve the desired performance.
